Job Summary: We are seeking an Engineer with manufacturing experience to coordinate and execute maintenance programs, manage resources, and supervise personnel with a focus on productivity and continuous improvement. Focus on productivity and continuous improvement ***\*\*\* Salary based on competencies, skills, and knowledge \*\*\**** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm / Saturdays 8:00 am to 01:30 pm **Job Profile:** * Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field * Minimum three (3\) years of experience in a manufacturing company, maintaining production lines, buildings, vehicles, and cargo units. * Planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Handling of performance indicators. * Operation of machinery and tools. * PLC operation. * Interpretation of electrical manuals. * Coordinating the execution of maintenance programs and proposing improvements to existing programs. * Generating departmental performance indicators reflecting productivity results, downtime, and effectiveness in resolving failures. * Daily review of downtime results to implement necessary measures and actions. * Establishing an information control system to track the maintenance department’s compliance and provide data for decision-making. * Managing and controlling departmental resources and supplies; supervising the care of tools, machinery, and equipment under responsibility. * Coordinating installation and operation of new equipment. * Managing human resources under supervision. * Managing and controlling inventory of spare parts warehouse, ensuring adequate stock levels to perform maintenance timely and effectively. **Strong sense of commitment, ethics, teamwork, innovation, proactivity, responsibility, problem-solving, organization, personnel supervision, and proper handling of confidential information.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $1\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
