Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant with experience in troubleshooting technical issues and performing preventive and corrective maintenance across various areas. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for you! **Maintenance Assistant** **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in similar positions. **Specific Knowledge:** Basic proficiency with maintenance tools (multimeters, drills, wrenches, etc.). Ability to interpret technical manuals or instructions. Electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, or related fields. Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance (electrical work, plumbing, painting, carpentry, etc.). **Skills and Competencies:** Ability to troubleshoot technical problems. Task organization and follow-up. Responsibility and punctuality. Teamwork and service-oriented attitude. Adaptability and willingness to learn. **Key Responsibilities:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, equipment, and furniture. Monitor the condition of electrical, hydraulic, and air conditioning systems. Report damages or repair needs to the immediate supervisor. Maintain tools and materials in good working condition. Support facility improvement or renovation projects. Salary: $9,000.00 - $9,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
