Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Assistant to manage preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, perform repairs, and coordinate activities across various areas. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in plaza decoration and marketing event setups **This is your great opportunity to join MEXICO PROYECTOS Y DESARROLLOS SERVICIOS as a MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT.** **Responsibilities** * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. * Perform repairs on facilities and equipment. * Coordinate with different departments to manage maintenance activities. * Work at heights under supervision. * Conduct daily inspections of machinery rooms and record daily readings; report any anomalies detected and maintain equipment logbooks. * Participate in plaza decoration processes and marketing event setups. * Submit activity reports to the maintenance supervisor. * Wear required uniform and personal protective equipment for job performance. Schedule: Sunday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM; fixed Saturday off (2-hour lunch break). Location: Landmark: Gran Plaza Cancún **Requirements** * Prior experience in maintenance of condominiums and infrastructure. * Knowledge of repair and maintenance techniques. * Knowledge of electricity, drywall, painting, plastering, plumbing, and welding. * Experience maintaining logbooks. * Prior knowledge of emergency power plants. * Air conditioning maintenance. * Ability to adapt to general job responsibilities. **Benefits** * Collaborative and supportive work environment. * Statutory benefits and above. * Biweekly payment
