Professional development within an established corporate group We are a corporate group with over **50 years of experience**, dedicated to the **development and marketing of numerous successful real estate projects**, enabling us to consolidate our position as one of the most important players in our country's real estate market. **We are seeking:** **HEAVY MACHINERY SUPERVISOR** **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, etc. * Gender: Unrestricted * Experience in construction, urban development, or civil works * Experience supervising heavy machinery * **Work location: Chalco \- Residencial Iztac** **Key Responsibilities:** * Daily supervision of the operational status of all assigned machinery (concrete mixers, concrete pumps, backhoes, mini loaders, vibratory compactors, electric generators, hydraulic equipment, and auxiliary equipment) * Coordinate machinery relocation between developments and work fronts * Verify hours worked, performance, and productivity * Identify and report improper machinery usage * Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance * Monitor external repair workshops * Manage warranty policies, services, and repairs performed * Review and coordinate spare parts requisitions * Control inventory of critical and high-turnover spare parts * Identify and report irregular consumption and loss of materials and spare parts * Implement and update logbooks for each unit **We offer:** * **Statutory benefits** * **Career advancement plans** ***Interested candidates must apply through this channel, submitting an updated CV with photograph*** Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking Work location: On-site employment
