We offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment. **Elevator Maintenance Supervisor.** **Requirements:** * **Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering or related field (intern or graduate)** * Strong administrative and arithmetic skills, as well as budgetary control capabilities for various contracts and projects. * Proficient in Excel (intermediate level). **Main Responsibilities:** * Experience in elevator and corporate building maintenance. * Knowledge: Management of contractors and suppliers. * Project and budget management. * Design and implementation of the annual preventive and corrective maintenance plan for buildings, facilities, services, and equipment. * **Knowledge of various elevator systems.** * Monitoring the operational status of critical systems: air conditioning, elevators, electrical installations, hydraulic systems, sanitary systems, plumbing, etc. **We Offer:** * Salary: $23,000 monthly (Gross). * Statutory benefits. * Direct employment contract with the company (payroll scheme, 100% social security contribution).
