We are looking for an **Electrical Engineer with experience in supervision**, responsible for executing, coordinating, and supervising electrical and infrastructure works, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with project deadlines. The position has a **hybrid** focus between electrical engineering and light civil construction, ideal for candidates with solid technical training, field management skills, and results-oriented mindset. **Main Responsibilities** * Execute electrical and minor civil construction projects according to technical drawings and specifications. * Supervise the proper installation of conduits, wiring, panels, grounding systems, ducts, and supports. * Coordinate work crews and contractors to ensure work quality. * Monitor physical and financial progress of assigned projects. * Prepare technical reports, estimates, and site logs. * Verify compliance with electrical, safety, and quality standards. * Manage materials, tools, and resources required for projects. * Address audit findings or inspection observations within established timelines. **Requirements** * Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field. * 2 – 4 years of experience in execution or supervision of electrical works and light infrastructure. * Knowledge of low and medium voltage electrical installations. * Experience reading electrical and civil drawings. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, CivilCAD, ETAP (desirable). * Knowledge of standards, industrial safety, and construction site control. * Availability for travel and flexible schedule. * Valid driver's license. **We Offer:** * Salary from $22,000 to $25,000 per month, based on experience. * Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm, Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. * Continuous training. * Growth opportunities. * Major Medical Insurance.
