Main Responsibilities * On-site construction supervision. * Coordination of work crews, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Control and monitoring of the construction schedule. * Validation of physical progress versus budget. * Quality control during execution (finishes, installations, structure). * Generator inspection. * Photographic reporting and weekly progress reports. * Material control (receiving, storage, and usage). * Direct on-site communication with the client. * Identification and resolution of technical issues on site.
