Position Summary: Aircrete seeks a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to oversee construction projects, ensuring quality and efficiency in civil works. Key Highlights: 1. Aircrete, a company belonging to Grupo Vimar and specializing in autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC), is seeking a **Construction Supervisor** to join its team in CDMX. Requirements: * Education: Civil Engineering or Architecture degree * Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision * Knowledge of civil construction procedures: finishes, masonry, structural systems, NTC and RCDF standards * Experience in budgeting and unit price analysis * Ability to read and interpret construction drawings * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office suite * Basic English proficiency * Willingness to travel Technical Knowledge: * Development and preparation of item catalogs * Unit price analysis * Intermediate-level NeoData proficiency (mandatory) * Material quantity takeoff * Project cost planning and control * Intermediate Excel skills for data analysis Competencies: * Strong numerical analysis skills and attention to detail * Organization and tracking of deliverables * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Effective communication and teamwork with construction, procurement, and administration departments * Analytical mindset to identify deviations and improvement opportunities * Responsibility, technical judgment, and professional ethics We Offer: * Gross monthly salary of $24,000 * Statutory benefits * Direct employment with the company Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Work Location: Mexico City If you are interested and meet the profile, apply—we want to meet you.
