Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with experience in HVAC construction supervision to lead teams and deliver technical solutions to clients. Key Responsibilities: 1. On-site HVAC construction and equipment supervision 2. Delivery of drawings and documentation for on-site changes 3. Providing practical solutions to clients based on technical criteria * Mechanical Engineer * 3–5 years of experience in HVAC construction supervision * Proficiency in AutoCAD * Intermediate knowledge of HVAC system design software such as Trace and/or HAP * On-site personnel management * Ability to work under pressure Responsibilities * **Supervise construction projects** * **Supervise on-site teams** * **Deliver drawings to the construction team at the start of the project** * **Provide clients with practical solutions based on technical judgment, follow up on agreements in writing, and resolve on-site changes while maintaining HVAC system functionality** * **Document changes and share them with the budgeting department for submission of project change requests** * **Provide equipment, information, or guidance required for staff to perform their duties** * **Deliver AS-BUILT drawings** We offer: * Salary: MXN 21,000.00 * Working hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00–17:30; Friday 8:00–15:00 * Office location: La Florida Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: MXN $20,000.00 – $22,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
