Job Summary: A leading construction company is seeking a Construction Site Supervision Assistant Architect for production areas including carpentry, ironwork, painting, and aluminum, with personnel management skills, knowledge of construction materials, and AutoCAD proficiency. Reporting, construction log, and AutoCAD proficiency CONSTRUCTION COMPANY IN MONTERREY WITH OVER 30 YEARS IN THE MARKET IS SEEKING A CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERVISION ASSISTANT (ARCHITECT) FOR PRODUCTION AREAS: CARPENTRY, IRONWORK, PAINTING, ALUMINUM, AND THEIR SUBSEQUENT INSTALLATION. A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND KNOWLEDGE OF STANDARDS ARE MANDATORY. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED IN: * PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT * MATERIALS KNOWLEDGE * SCHEDULING DELIVERY TIMELINES * PRODUCTION PROCESSES AND QUALITY CONTROL OF DELIVERIES * REPORTING AND CONSTRUCTION LOG * AUTOCAD REQUIREMENTS: * AGE OVER 23 YEARS * DRIVING SKILLS (VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE) Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: Starting at $14,000.00 per month Experience: * Personnel management: 1 year (Preferred) * Personnel supervision: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
