




**Job Mission:** Administratively manage assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring efficient use of resources, proper subcontractor hiring, and delivery of results with quality, profitability, and administrative order. **Main Responsibilities** * Fully administer the project from initiation through closure. * Coordinate timely subcontractor hiring according to scope, cost, and schedule. * Ensure punctual arrival of critical materials and supplies. * Manage financial flows to subcontractors and suppliers. * Monitor the client billing and collection process. * Identify and document project modifications through change orders. * Collaborate with management in developing the construction team, promoting staff integration and growth. **Ideal Candidate Profile** * **Education:** Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * **Experience:** 3 to 5 years in construction administration, budget control, and execution of hospitality or vertical building projects. * Experience leading Construction Management teams. * **Tools:** Proficiency in **Neodata, Opus, AutoCAD, and Revit.** * **Key Knowledge:** Budget control, contractor management, site supervision, and construction planning. * **Skills:** Leadership, effective communication, organizational ability, business acumen, and results orientation.
