Opportunity for professional development and continuous training. **Talent Development Coordinator** **Location:** Morelia, Michoacán **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs * Saturday, 09:00–14:00 hrs **Job Description** We are seeking a **T\*D Coordinator with strategic and operational focus, capable of acting as** business partner\* for management, ensuring proper execution of the Human Capital strategy in large-scale operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing KPIs, labor relations, internal customer service, and administration of unionized personnel. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Law, or related field (degree required). * **Minimum 5 years of experience** as an HRBP or in similar positions (mandatory). * **Proven experience managing Human Capital (HC) of over 500 employees**. * Experience handling **unionized personnel**. * Solid knowledge of the **Federal Labor Law (LFT) and labor relations**. * Strong analytical capability regarding **KPIs and scorecards**. * Experience serving **internal customers and employees**. **Main Responsibilities** * Serve as the **frontline and strategic partner** between operational, managerial, and corporate areas. * Participate in **management meetings** to analyze results, labor risks, and staffing strategies. * Develop, analyze, and monitor **Human Capital KPIs and Scorecards** (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, discipline, coverage). * Administer and control **HC** (hires, terminations, transfers, structure). * Manage and validate **pre-payroll** (incidents, terminations, deductions, time entries). * Provide direct service and follow-up to **internal customers**. * Support and accompany **employees** throughout their employment lifecycle. * Handle **labor negotiations**, resolve conflicts, and implement disciplinary measures. * Execute **employment terminations**, calculate and manage severance payments. * Attend to and manage **unionized personnel**. * Coordinate with **Labor Relations and Legal departments**. * Implement strategies for **retention, workplace climate, and employee engagement**. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations. * Support internal and external audits. * Identify labor risks and propose preventive actions. * Train and advise leaders on people management topics. **Key Competencies** **Strategic vision and business orientation** * Leadership and influence * Data and KPI analysis * Effective communication and negotiation * Customer and employee orientationmanufacturing.
