Position Summary: We are seeking an Academic and School Administration Coordinator to manage academic procedures and ensure regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Academic procedure management and reporting to SEP. 2. Internal campus audits and management of new RVOEs. 3. Experience in school administration, federal inspection, and supervision. **Join our team at URA!** We are looking for an **Academic and School Administration Coordinator** to support the management and tracking of academic procedures. **Responsibilities:** * **Federal Inspection and Supervision** * Preparation and submission of reports to SEP, Forms 4, 8, and 9\. * Validation of original documents issued by SEP and SICYT. * Processing of Statistics (911\). * Internal Campus Audits. * Tracking of procedures with Managers (Gestión México) * Management of New RVOEs. * Curriculum maps, teaching staff roster, and legal file **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree. * Experience in academic affairs and school administration. * Familiarity with the SISRVOE and CIHFRS platforms. * Proficiency in computer applications and database management. * Teaching staff roster management. * Teamwork and proactivity. * Organizational skills and follow-up capability.
