




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to comprehensively prepare and manage payroll, control attendance incidents, and fulfill obligations toward various institutions. Key Highlights: 1. Integration into a team with well-defined processes What We Offer: * Working Hours: * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (only 2 Saturdays per month) * Meal vouchers: $435 monthly * Biweekly payment * Statutory benefits from day one * Annual school supplies support * Eyeglass prescription campaign * Free uniforms Required Profile * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Public Accounting, Business Administration, or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience preparing payroll * Experience managing high-volume payroll processing * Knowledge of: * Microsoft Office suite * CONTPAQi Payroll software * Payroll stamping (CFDI) * SUA (Single Self-Determination System) * IMSS, Federal Labor Law (LFT), FONACOT, and INFONAVIT Main Responsibilities * Preparation and calculation of regular and extraordinary payroll * Stamping of payroll receipts * Control and registration of attendance incidents (absences, tardiness, disabilities, etc.) * Calculation of severance payments and settlements * Employee registration, termination, and modifications with IMSS * Determination and tracking of employer-employee contributions (SUA) * Handling requests from IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT * Receiving and validating new employee registrations * Responding to internal client requests * Generating bank accounts (Banorte) Growth Opportunity Join a team with well-defined processes where you can strengthen your expertise in payroll, labor legislation, and specialized systems, with opportunities for advancement within the department.
