Train and coordinate emergency response teams, conduct drills (collapse, underground fire, explosion), and implement mine emergency response plans. * OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT: Coordinate investigation and analysis of incidents and near-misses, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Conduct daily inspections at mine faces, mechanical workshops, and workstations to identify unsafe conditions and acts. Supervise the operation and maintenance of PPE and engineering controls in high-risk environments (explosive atmospheres, gases, collapses, rock falls, vibrations, noise, respirable dust).
