Join a team focused on continuous improvement and safety. **We are a leading company in our industry for 30 years, maintaining high standards in manufacturing processes, quality, and use of top-tier materials for our products.** **JOIN OUR TEAM AS:** **MAINTENANCE** **Requirements:** * 2 years of experience in similar roles within an industrial or manufacturing environment. * Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic drawings. * Knowledge of precision mechanics, industrial electricity, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems. * Proficiency in using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) and diagnostic equipment. * Basic welding knowledge (arc, MIG/MAG). * Basic knowledge of control systems (PLCs and ladder diagrams) is desirable. **Responsibilities:** * Execute assigned preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance work orders. * Diagnose failures in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. * Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts in optimal condition. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations in all activities. * Request necessary materials and spare parts for job execution. * Keep the work area clean and organized after each intervention. * Perform repairs, replacements, and adjustments of damaged or worn components. **We Offer:** * Base salary: $15,000–$17,000 monthly (gross) * Statutory benefits plus additional benefits * Savings fund: 8% * Life insurance * 100% profit-sharing * Opportunity for permanent employment **Additional Benefits:** * Birthday day off * Birthday incentive * Financial support for newborn children: $3,000 * Marriage leave (5\) * School supplies support: $600 per child * Referral bonus (first month: $1,000; third month: $1,500\) * Annual food allowance
