We are currently seeking a Language Center Receptionist for a position located in Santiago de Querétaro, Qro., at Plaza Boulevares Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in reception/school services handling customer service, student support, complaint resolution, and collections follow-up on student payments. Completed high school diploma Must reside near Santiago de Querétaro, Qro., as the workplace is located at Plaza Boulevares Job Responsibilities Customer Service, Appointment Control and Registration Work alongside the Service Leader to provide excellent internal and external customer service by offering guidance, information, and resolving customer complaints. Collect tuition fees from students and send emails/make phone calls. Follow up on customer and student requests, whether in person, via email, or by phone, including schedule changes, class cancellations, invoice tracking, and payment clarifications. Send welcome messages to new students. Maintain records of people entering and exiting the facility, serving as the first point of contact.
