The main objective is to provide personalized attention to prospects, accompany them throughout the enrollment process, and ensure their effective integration into the institution. Main Responsibilities ● Active prospecting of potential students through various channels (CRM, databases, digital campaigns, fairs, and events). ● Timely follow-up with interested individuals during their decision-making and registration process. ● Presentation and detailed explanation of the educational offerings, benefits, and study modalities. ● Enrollment closure and achievement of monthly commercial targets. ● Registration and updating of information in internal control systems (CRM / Google Workspace). ● Support in institutional promotion and outreach activities. Requirements ● Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, customer service, or educational promotion. ● Verbal and written communication skills. ● Results orientation and follow-up capability. ● Basic proficiency in digital and office tools. ● Minimum education level: Completed high school.
