Job Summary: Responsible for billing and documenting shipments, ensuring information integrity and compliance with procedures for shipment release and inventory control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage billing and shipping documentation. 2. Ensure inventory control and regulatory compliance. 3. Maintain organized documentation for audits and clarifications. ACTIVITIES Bill and document shipments according to established procedures and policies, ensuring information integrity to release shipments on time and as required. Ensure finished products and derivatives are billed or dispatched to guarantee inventory control. Generate and compile shipping documentation in compliance with current regulations to ensure timely shipment release. Keep each shipment’s documentation orderly and up-to-date to address or resolve customer inquiries and internal audits. Record freight liabilities in the system for each shipment, ensuring information integrity for supplier payment execution. Guarantee RP generation for shipments strictly adhering to established institutional processes, registering entries and exits on the TRM platform. Record inventory entries and exits for products returned by customers and generate new documentation for the new destination. Consistently deliver and meet agreed Service Levels with each customer (response times, quality, and issue resolution).
