Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9 AM to 7 PM (2-hour lunch break) **Profile**: * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. * Experience in finance and budgeting functions. * Proficiency in intermediate-to-advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts). * Knowledge of financial statements. * Experience in financial forecasting and planning. * Familiarity with financial KPIs. Ability to prepare, monitor, and analyze budgets; analytically oriented, with critical thinking skills and a results-driven approach; capable of working with complex financial information and communicating it clearly across various organizational departments. **Responsibilities**: * Preparation and control of the annual budget * Monitoring of income and expenses * Analysis of variances versus budget and prior periods * Financial projections and scenario analysis * Support in monthly closing and financial reporting * Coordination with operational departments for expense control * Improvement of financial and budgetary processes. **We Offer**: $15,000 monthly gross.
