**We are hiring a Wireless Installation Technician Assistant!** **Requirements:** * Age: 25 to 45 years * Completed high school * Valid driver's license * 1 to 2 years of experience in similar positions * Availability to work on highways and rural communities **Responsibilities:** * Perform wireless installations at customer homes. * Handle installation tools and equipment * Meet quality and safety standards * Participate in scheduled weekend shifts when necessary **Knowledge and skills:** * Proficient with various tools (essential) * Minimum 1 year of experience working at heights (desirable) * Knowledge of: * Router and repeater configuration. * Radio, antenna, switch, hotspot configuration. * VLAN configuration * Climbing guyed towers of different heights: 12, 24, 40 meters * Installation of telescopic masts of 3, 6, 9, 12 meters. * Network cabling termination for Cat5e, Cat6. * Knowledge of wireless networks * Experience driving vans on highways and rural communities * Proactive attitude, responsible, and team-oriented **We offer:** Starting salary: $12,000 per month Statutory benefits Overtime pay Opportunities for growth and continuous training **Working hours:** Monday and Tuesday: 8:00 – 18:00 Wednesday to Friday: 8:00 – 19:00 On-call shift: One weekend every three weeks (Saturday and Sunday), with compensatory rest on Monday and Tuesday.
