This is your opportunity to join a solid and growing company! ### **What will be your mission?** You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising welding processes, ensuring product quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with technical and safety standards, while driving continuous improvement in the area. ### **What we are looking for in you** * Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgical Engineering or related field * \+5 years of experience in the metal-mechanical industry * Experience leading welding teams * Proficiency in processes: **MIG, TIG, and SMAW** * Ability to interpret welding drawings and symbols (AWS) * Knowledge of WPS/PQR and welder certification * Experience in quality control and testing (visual and non-destructive) * Focus on productivity, line balancing, and continuous improvement (Lean, 5S) * Knowledge of industrial safety standards ### **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and coordinate welding department activities * Supervise proper execution of processes and quality standards * Manage and develop the welding team * Ensure compliance with procedures (WPS) * Optimize processes and reduce rework * Control consumables and departmental costs * Guarantee compliance with safety regulations * Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering departments ### **Key Skills** Leadership \| Problem Solving \| Results Orientation \| Effective Communication \| Organization ### **What We Offer** * Salary: $20,000 gross \+ statutory benefits Work location: El Potrero, Atizapán de Zaragoza Working hours: Monday to Friday: 08:00–18:00; Saturday: 08:00–13:00 **Desired Education Level:** Higher education \- degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Manufacturing, Consumer Goods *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69d55e074300006500011113\&source\=indeed
