We are currently seeking a **Welding and Assembly Supervisor**, who will serve as the technical and human cornerstone in the fabrication of our assets. We seek an expert capable of guiding, training, and supervising personnel to guarantee operational excellence. **Your Mission: Make the Extraordinary Possible** Lead the technical execution of structures that dominate the urban landscape, ensuring every project becomes a benchmark for quality and durability on the streets. **Profile \& Responsibilities:** * Prior **experience** managing work crews, enforcing operational discipline, and training in precision and safety techniques. * **Technical Welding Experience.** Mastery of beveling, backing, and reinforcement techniques for high-safety joints. * End-to-end coordination of structural **assembly**, **cutting** using torches, and **fabrication** of large-format metal components. * No restrictions working at heights. * Standard vehicle operation and **willingness to travel.** **We Offer:** * **$15,500 \- $17,000** monthly \+ **Construction Bonus.** * Statutory benefits \+ Transportation support \+ Grocery vouchers. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM \- 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM \- 12:30 PM. * **Location:** Jaripeo, Mich.
