Due to our growth and operational expansion, we are looking for Operations Supervisors who wish to develop within a dynamic, challenging, and results-oriented environment. What will you do? Supervise daily warehouse operations (receiving, picking, and shipping) Coordinate and lead work teams (warehouse staff and forklift operators) Ensure KPI compliance (productivity, quality, timeliness) Manage inventory and movements in the system (WMS) Guarantee compliance with safety and hygiene standards Optimize warehouse space and processes Requirements Education: Completed high school diploma or bachelor’s degree (logistics, industrial engineering, or related field) Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a warehouse supervisor or shift leader Proficiency in WMS and Excel Experience managing operational personnel Knowledge of inventory management and stock control Availability for night shifts under a 4\*3 schedule Key Skills Leadership Organization and planning Effective communication Interested candidates may apply through this channel or send an updated CV to 5579763613\.
