We are seeking an organized and proactive **Warehouse Coordinator** to supervise the proper receipt, storage, and **dispatch of ingredients**, ensuring inventory control and operational continuity. Responsibilities * Verify shipments, documentation, and departure times. * Supervise physical and system-based inventories, monitoring expiration dates, batches, and stock rotation. * Coordinate and supervise warehouse staff. * Resolve daily operational issues by providing timely solutions to avoid disruption to operations. * Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and good warehousing practices. * Prepare inventory and movement reports. Requirements * Prior experience as a warehouse coordinator or supervisor. * Knowledge of handling and controlling **ingredients or raw materials**. * Experience in **material dispatch and coordination with transportation**. * Basic Excel and inventory system proficiency. * Strong **organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities**. * Leadership and teamwork skills.
