Job Summary: We are seeking a waiter/waitress to serve customers, take orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction during meals in a dynamic environment. Key Highlights: 1. Compliance with hygiene and appearance standards **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet and welcome customers cordially. * Present the menu and explain dishes or beverages, including chef's recommendations or promotions. * Accurately take orders and relay them to the kitchen and/or bar area. * Serve food and beverages promptly and properly, adhering to presentation standards. * Verify guest satisfaction during their meal and address any additional requests. * Timely remove used plates and utensils while keeping tables clean. * Prepare and present the bill, as well as process payments (cash, credit card, or other methods). * Set up and clear tables before and after service. * Comply with hygiene, safety, and personal appearance standards. * Collaborate with the team and support other restaurant areas as needed. **Job Requirements:** * **Minimum Education:** Completed secondary school, high school diploma * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in customer service or table service (preferably in restaurants or hotels) * **Languages:** Fluent Spanish * **Key Skills:** * Excellent service attitude * Effective communication and friendliness * Teamwork * Agility and good memory * Professional personal appearance * Problem-solving under pressure **Working Conditions:** * **Schedule:** Rotating shifts / Full-time or part-time * **Uniform:** Provided by the establishment * **Statutory Benefits** * **Tips** * **Work Location:** Av.
