Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Operator with experience in vinyl handling to ensure quality, adjust machinery, and comply with safety regulations, contributing to continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Inspect vinyl quality and ensure final product standards. 2. Operate cutting, laminating, and vinyl application machinery. 3. Participate in continuous process improvement and training. **Responsibilities:** o Inspect vinyl quality before and after processing to ensure compliance with quality standards. o Adjust machine parameters according to supervisor instructions or project specifications. o Perform basic preventive maintenance on machines and report malfunctions or repair needs to the relevant department. o Comply with workplace safety and hygiene regulations, using appropriate personal protective equipment. o Record and document the production process, including execution times, materials used, and quantities produced. o Ensure compliance with quality standards and final product specifications. o Participate in continuous process improvement and training related to vinyl handling. **Requirements:** **Experience:** o Minimum 1 year of production process experience, preferably involving plastic materials, tarps, or vinyl. **Technical Skills:** o Proficiency in operating cutting, laminating, and vinyl application machinery, e.g., tarp manufacturing via vinyl application. o Branding of structures or wall-mounted vinyl application. o Vinyl weeding. o Basic knowledge of quality control and problem-solving in production. **Competencies:** o Ability to work effectively in a team. o Strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills. o High concentration and attention to detail. o Proactiveness and ability to follow precise instructions.
