Job Summary: Safeguard university personnel and assets by conducting patrols, access control, public assistance, and event support, maintaining order and security. Key Responsibilities: 1. Safeguard people and property in a university environment. 2. Conduct security patrols and access control. 3. Support university events and maintain order. **Job Description** Safeguard individuals present at the University, as well as its movable and immovable property. \* Conduct patrols within the Institution's premises covering assigned areas to prevent and detect unsafe conditions, regulatory violations, and general issues. \* Register visitor entry and exit. \* Answer phone calls. \* Provide reports in person or by telephone. \* Register and inspect suppliers. \* Support university events, whether on-campus or off-campus. \* Inspect the building's physical conditions. \* Complete reports and logs, recording incidents within the scheduled time and reporting anomalies. \* Enforce compliance with university regulations and statutory provisions. \* Verify lighting usage relative to control requirements. \* Ensure maintenance and order, preventing any incident that hinders the normal conduct of university activities. \* Rotate shifts.
