Job Summary: We are seeking an Asset Security Guard to ensure the physical security of facilities, personnel, machinery, and products, including access control and routine patrols. Key Points: 1. Job Profile * **Education:** Completed secondary school minimum (High school diploma preferred). * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in security guarding, private security, or asset security. * **Knowledge:** Access control, logbook management, emergency protocols, and industrial safety. * **Skills:** Attention to detail, discipline, clear communication, and ability to handle pressure. * **Attitudes:** Honesty, commitment, confidentiality, and adherence to regulations. 2. Objective and Responsibilities **Objective:** Ensure the physical security of company facilities, personnel, machinery, and products. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Access Control:** Record entries and exits of staff, visitors, suppliers, and vehicles in logbooks. * **Surveillance:** Conduct periodic patrols in production areas, warehouses, and offices to safeguard raw materials and machinery. * **Prevention:** Detect suspicious activities, prevent theft, and support emergency plans (evacuation/fire response). * **Reporting:** Immediately report anomalies and prepare incident reports per shift. 3. Working Conditions * **Position Type:** Operational. * **Shift Schedule:** Rotating shifts (day/night). * **Department:** Asset Security. * **Physical Requirements:** Prolonged standing and routine patrolling. 4. Authority and Ethics * Authorized to deny entry to unauthorized individuals and request identification documents. * Must maintain ethical, respectful, and professional conduct at all times.
