Position Summary: We are seeking a Training Instructor to design, develop, and deliver operational training courses, including the creation of manuals and training materials. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and develop operational training courses. 2. Create training manuals and materials. 3. Develop and implement training activities. Prosegur is a global leader with operations in 36 countries, operating a fleet of over 10,000 vehicles—including armored and light vehicles—and managing more than 575 facilities, including bases and other operational centers. Prosegur provides cash logistics and management services, as well as outsourcing services, to financial institutions, retailers, government agencies, central banks, mints, jewelry stores, and others. We are currently seeking professionals to fill the position of Training Instructor in San Luis Potosí. Our Values: People Matter / Think Positively / Unstoppable Responsibilities: * Prepare training manuals. * Design, develop, and deliver operational training courses. * Travel to various work sites to deliver training courses. * Develop training materials and presentations. * Develop and implement training activities. Requirements: * Technical or bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Education, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in process management, group facilitation, presentations, and training needs assessment. * Valid DC5 certification. * Willingness and ability to travel, and availability to work Monday through Sunday, 12 hours per day, with 2 days off per week.
