




**Profile:** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, or related field **Job Requirements** * Knowledge of training plan development. * Ability to create interactive presentations. * Experience developing instructional materials. * Experience as an in-person instructor delivering training to groups. * Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data cross-referencing, KPIs, etc.). * Proficiency in CANVA, LMS platforms, Teams, Zoom. **Job Responsibilities** * Identifying training needs with business units. * Coordinating on-site training. * Training KPIs. * Event management. * Coordinating development programs. * Internal communication. * Coordinating the Evaluation Center with CONOCER. * Preparing and maintaining STPS legal documentation (DC\-1, DC\-2, DC\-3, DC4\). * Instructional design (course development, flyers, manuals). * Managing the annual training plan. * Developing and implementing new Training and Organizational Development initiatives. * Delivering training courses. **We Offer** * Competitive monthly salary. * Benefits from the first day of employment. * Professional development opportunities. * A collaborative work environment focused on the safety and well-being of our team. **Schedule** Full-time: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 hrs.
