




**TRAFFIC AGENT** **JOB SUMMARY:** Ensure that ground operations are carried out safely, punctually, and efficiently. **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Supervise aircraft arrivals and departures. * Communicate schedules and changes with the airline and ramp personnel. * Ensure proper loading and unloading of baggage. * Confirm that all procedures have been completed prior to door closure. * Ensure compliance with airport and airline safety regulations. * Verify that no prohibited or mislabeled materials are present. **REQUIRED PROFILE:** Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and administrative and aviation-related matters. **SKILLS:** Good stress management and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a team, effective communication. **LANGUAGES:** English Level B1 **NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE:** Ramp and administrative procedures, knowledge of aviation safety regulations and ground operations. **EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field
