




Position Summary: The Trade Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the mobile lab, conducting internal and external training sessions, evaluating learning outcomes, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. In the Trade Marketing Coordinator role, reporting directly to the Trade Marketing Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring proper control of the mobile lab, managing training for both internal staff and promoters/plumbers, and evaluating their learning outcomes. Responsibilities: * Deliver theoretical and practical training on various types of water heaters (instantaneous, storage, solar, etc.). * Operate and maintain the mobile lab and demonstration equipment in optimal condition. * Conduct technical demonstrations covering installation, diagnostics, and troubleshooting. * Evaluate participant performance and provide feedback. * Coordinate field training routes, schedules, and logistics. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper handling of tools and equipment. * Prepare training reports covering attendance and results. * Identify technical training needs among customers and internal teams. * Support new product launches and technical updates.
