Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

The “External Fulfillment” programs are initiatives in which Amazon collaborates with various suppliers/sellers to ship products from external warehouses to Amazon.
The operations team comprises three roles:
1\) The Field Support Team (FST), responsible for aligning operations through physical audits (the candidate must be comfortable visiting a variety of seller warehouses as required),
2\) The Central Support Team (CST), handling mid-scale operations and tracking specific cases via daily monitoring and remote conversations with sellers.
3\) The “Back\-end” team (Hands off the Wheel – HOTW), focused on standard processes and automation, as well as providing reactive indicator monitoring with minimal contact with sellers.
This role is part of the Central Support Team (CST) and monitors indicators and standard processes to help external suppliers/sellers have a seamless selling experience on Amazon. The role also collaborates with internal and external company stakeholders, serving as the intermediary between Amazon and our commercial partners.
The position identifies operational errors and anticipates implications based on provided information. It analyzes root causes and assists suppliers/sellers in preventing and controlling identified issues; effective communication with suppliers is essential, as is escalating issues when necessary.
Key job responsibilities
This role involves frequent movement, especially within Mexico City and its Metropolitan Area.
Monitor the performance of a variety of assigned sites, propose and implement improvements.
Analyze data from multiple sources, identify relevant data, and present it to drive action.
Anticipate implications based on data and its trends.
Be organized and precise in reporting and updating any relevant situation.
Serve as the point of contact between internal and external customers, keeping in mind objectives and boundaries in communication according to information privacy requirements.
Train and guide sellers’ various operations to take action and comply with standards.
Identify root causes of operational issues.
Create and monitor operational metrics, and generate proposals for new automation methodologies.
Effective, organized communication skills and emotional intelligence to interact with a diverse range of suppliers and internal customers.

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
------------------------
* Completed high school education.
* Two or more years of experience working with Excel; understanding of pivot tables and chart creation.
* Willingness to reside in Mexico City (or its Metropolitan Area).
* Prior experience in process mapping, problem resolution, or metric tracking, including setting priorities and working under pressure.
* Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously while working on several projects in parallel without losing attention to detail.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**

* Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
* Intermediate English proficiency.
* Customer service experience.
* Prior experience in Retail, Supplier Support, Warehousing, or similar industries.
* Experience with MS Access and SQL.
* Experience in data collection and ability to draft clear, detailed requirement documents.
