Position Objective To manage and coordinate human resources, materials, and machinery in the textile area, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with quality standards, cost control, and on-time delivery. Main Responsibilities · Coordinate and supervise textile finishing processes (open-width and tubular). · Monitor daily production and ensure achievement of performance indicators. · Guarantee product quality (weight, color, hand feel, and specifications). · Manage work-in-process (WIP) inventory and production flow. · Implement continuous improvement initiatives and Lean methodologies. · Control costs, raw material consumption, and operational efficiency. · Supervise and develop work teams (supervisors and operators). · Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene regulations (ISO 9001, ISO 14001\). · Coordinate preventive maintenance of machinery. Required Profile Education: · Textile Engineering, Industrial Chemical Engineering, or related field. Experience: · 3–5 years in similar positions within the textile industry. · Proven experience in finishing processes. Technical Knowledge: · Textile finishing processes (tubular and open-width). · Production management. · Quality control and problem-solving. · Lean Manufacturing. · Performance indicator management and cost control.
