Dicka Logistics, a company with 30 years of experience in logistics and warehousing, is seeking: **EHS TECHNICIAN** **Responsibilities:** * Conduct internal and external inspections to identify potential unsafe acts and conditions, thereby preventing incidents. * Deliver training to new employees, including working at heights, use of fall arrest systems (dragons), and use of utility knives. * Ensure compliance with work procedures for all activities carried out in the warehouse. * Perform internal audits covering fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, emergency exits, 5S practices, and obstructed passageways. * Investigate accidents and follow up on corrective actions. * Comply with site-specific quality, food safety, and safety policies and procedures. **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary: $18,000 MXN. * Food vouchers: 10% of salary. * Christmas bonus (15 days’ pay). * Biweekly payroll via BBVA. * Statutory benefits. * Savings fund. * Year-end bonus (15 days’ pay). * Vacation premium: 50%. * IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute). * INFONAVIT (National Workers’ Housing Fund Institute). * 12 vacation days. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience as an EHS technician or safety specialist in a warehouse environment. * Availability to rotate shifts (day and afternoon shifts). * Completed bachelor’s degree (preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Rotating Shifts (Monday to Saturday):** * Day shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM. * Afternoon shift: 2:45 PM – 10:30 PM. **Work Location:** * Whirlpool RDC Norte, located within Prologis Apodaca Park, 5 minutes from Prepa #1.
