**UNILEVER IS HIRING A TEAM LEADER** **Position:** Team Leader **Location:** Tultitlán **Area:** Foods Manufacturing ### **Purpose of the Role** Ensure efficient management of inbound and outbound logistics operations; guaranteeing material availability for the production line at the right time, in the correct quantity, and with products ready for processing in accordance with quality, safety, and discipline standards. The Team Leader ensures efficient shift rotations across all production lines and processes. ### **b) Key Responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with all **safety and environmental procedures** for personnel, processes, materials, products, and equipment, maintaining a safe working environment. * Ensure compliance with all agreed **quality procedures** within production lines to protect and promote the brand. * Responsible during shift for **investigating safety and quality incidents**. * Guarantee **operational continuity of the line** to meet the production plan. * Actively participate in **reducing line and plant losses**. * Promote **team development, training, communication, and discipline**, aligned with objective achievement. * Identify **existing risks** in the area, prioritize them, and implement appropriate preventive and mitigative controls. * Ensure **timely identification and closure** of unsafe condition cards. * Lead **incident investigations** involving personnel from the area. * Properly manage **changes (MOC)** related to engineering projects or Kaizen initiatives. * Timely close **actions arising from investigations, audits, and MOC processes**. * Immediately stop any operation exposing personnel to an **uncontrolled risk**, prioritizing safety at all times. **Education Level:** Engineering/Bachelor’s Degree (Food, Industrial, or Chemical) Shift rotation availability is required.
