POSITION PURPOSE Talent Partner for the Ice Cream business — purpose-led, future-fit — to place talent with the right skills, experience, and leadership, while safeguarding and leading the talent strategy to build diverse and inclusive structures aligned with the business vision. Responsible for ensuring a positive end-to-end recruitment experience. WHAT WOULD YOU DO? • Lead recruitment processes for the assigned business unit, ensuring a positive experience for both the client (Hiring Manager) and candidates. • Act as a talent consultant to the business. • Co-design appropriate talent strategies with the business, aligned with its current and future needs. • Anticipate talent requirements for ‘key positions’. • Collaborate in true ‘partnership’ with key stakeholders. • Deliver against defined SLAs, ensuring quality and agility in all recruitment processes under your responsibility. • Manage expectations with key stakeholders and process partners. EXPERIENCE • 3–5 years in recruitment. • End-to-end recruitment for roles ranging from analysts to managerial positions. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, or related field.
