Your main responsibilities will include: * **Comprehensive Technical Support:** Providing technical assistance (on-site and remote) to end users, resolving hardware and software incidents. * **Asset Administration:** Managing the equipment lifecycle (formatting, installation, migration, and backups) and user account administration. * **Networks and Connectivity:** Maintaining structured cabling, configuring VLANs, Wi-Fi, security cameras, and switches. * **Infrastructure Management:** Basic server monitoring, technical support during special events, and execution of preventive maintenance. * **Administrative Control:** Documenting processes, managing inventories, and administering internal tools (ERP, CRM, Helpdesk, and databases). What we require from you: * **Education:** Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * **Work Modality:** 100% on-site employment. * **Schedule Availability: * Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. * Saturdays: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
