Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor to ensure daily production plan compliance, coordinate and develop skills within the manufacturing department, and maintain line standards. Our Production Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring daily production plan compliance by coordinating and developing continuous improvement capabilities within the Manufacturing Department while meeting production line standards, performing activities such as: **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed degree in Engineering * Experience in Manufacturing Systems * **English proficiency level: 80–85%** * Knowledge of Lean Mfg tools (VSM, line balancing, Kaizen, etc.) and Six Sigma * Leadership and safety in decision-making * Ability to manage personnel ***RESPONSIBILITIES:*** * Supervise, train, and support direct production personnel; coordinate their activities * Monitor and ensure adherence to daily production schedules according to production control requirements * Floor supervision of process-related activities * Develop action plans for assigned KPIs, involving supporting departments * Maintain healthy in-process inventories Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $24,000.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Experience: * Production: 1 year (Preferred) Work location: On-site employment
