Job Summary: We are seeking a Night Shift Operational Supervisor for a private security company with experience in personnel supervision, procedures, operations, and multi-site oversight. Inventory administration and resource optimization. **Operational Supervisor (Night Shift) \- Private Security Company** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Completed or incomplete university degree. * Experience supervising personnel and procedures. * Experience in operations. * Experience in multi-site supervision. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supervise assigned security services, ensuring shift coverage, adherence to instructions, and compliance with operational standards. * Guarantee full staffing coverage for each service. * Standardize operations across different sites according to established protocols. * Schedule and conduct periodic supervisory visits to ensure service quality. * Verify compliance with safety regulations and risk prevention measures. * Follow up on security personnel training. * Monitor and report incidents: attendance, absences, tardiness, and disabilities. * Optimize the use of resources provided by both the company and the client. * Manage inventory of security equipment (uniforms, radios, etc.). * Supervise proper use of equipment and work tools. **SCHEDULE:** Monday through Sunday, 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM, with one day off per week. **WE OFFER:** Monthly base salary of $18,000 MXN \+ $3,000 MXN monthly KPI bonus.
