Participation in technological modernization and upgrading projects A leading provider of vertical electromechanical solutions is seeking a **Senior Electromechanical Supervisor** with strong experience in vertical transportation systems (elevators and escalators), results-oriented, focused on operational safety and technical excellence. Work location: Morelia, Michoacán – Area near the Don Quixote sculpture Required Technical Profile * Degree in Electromechanical, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field. * Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in: \- Preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of elevators. * Diagnosis and resolution of failures in traction, hydraulic, and MRL systems. * Escalators (drive systems, chains, comb plates, motors, and variable frequency drives). * Advanced knowledge of: * Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs). * Control systems and electronic circuit boards. * Reading and interpreting electrical and electronic diagrams. * Safety regulations applicable to vertical transportation equipment. * Experience leading technical crews. * Handling of technical reports and service logs. * Certification or training from recognized industry brands is desirable. Responsibilities: * Supervise and technically validate fieldwork. * Perform advanced diagnostics and make decisions when addressing critical failures. * Plan preventive and corrective maintenance activities. * Supervise safety protocols and work-at-height procedures. * Coordinate with clients to ensure SLA compliance and response times. * Optimize resources and continuously improve technical processes. * Provide technical training to operational staff.
