Additionally, verify compliance with quality and hygiene standards during the process, and maintain records on conditioning sheets for each product. **Functions and/or Responsibilities:** Supervise all personnel on the production line. Maintain control and record of daily manufactured products according to the production schedule. Ensure proper use of all semi-finished goods and raw materials available, as well as their efficient management to avoid waste. Verify that all tools and equipment are in good condition and clean. Ensure consistent adherence to hygiene and quality regulations. Ensure compliance with safety standards in Manufacturing / Fabrication. Monitor daily and/or weekly production plans scheduled by General Administration. Report any issues or situations arising in the area to the General Supervisor and Management.
