Incident investigation and report preparation Job Description: Supervise and ensure compliance with industrial safety, occupational health, and environmental standards in industrial crane operations, safeguarding the physical integrity of workers, machinery, and facilities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise proper implementation of the Internal Safety Regulation during all crane maneuvers. * Daily verification of the physical and operational condition of cranes and auxiliary equipment, jointly with operators. * Coordinate and conduct safety inspections at construction sites, workshops, and yards. * Train and raise staff awareness on safety topics, use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), safe work procedures, and load handling. * Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and implement corrective actions. * Ensure crane operators hold valid certifications and compliant documentation. * Monitor compliance with Mexican Official Standards (NOM-STPS) and company internal policies. * Maintain documentary control of safety logs, inspection reports, work permits, and training records. * Participate in risk analysis, safe work procedure development, and emergency drills. **Position Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical or Engineering degree in Industrial Safety, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in a similar role, preferably within industrial companies or crane operation firms. * **Knowledge:** * STPS regulations and applicable NOMs. * Inspection and safe operation of industrial cranes. * Maintenance of safety logs and documentation. * Incident investigation techniques. * Proper use of PPE. * **Skills:** * Leadership and supervision. * Teamwork. * Effective communication. * Decision-making under pressure. * Results-oriented and prevention-focused. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. * Statutory benefits. * A safe and professional work environment.
