We look forward to welcoming guests from around the world to experience Four Seasons’ legendary quality and service while discovering the richness and beauty of Baja California’s East Cape through a variety of activities including swimming, snorkeling, sport fishing, golf, and desert adventures. **Learn more about Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos at Costa Palmas by visiting us:** * Hotel website: https://www.fourseasons.com/es/loscabos/ Instagram: \#fsloscabos * **About the Public Areas Supervisor Role** Ensure cleanliness of the hotel and/or residences’ public areas, maintaining them immaculately and consistently meeting Four Seasons’ established quality standards. **What will you do in this role?** * Supervise all public areas to ensure they are cleaned and vacuumed; ensure mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators, and doors are clean and free of marks * Supervise and maintain stock levels of toilet paper, soap, hand towels, etc. * Supervise cleaning in food and beverage outlets, lobby, meeting rooms, offices, etc. * Report any damage, repair needs, or maintenance issues to the Engineering Department. Report any found items in public areas to the Security Department. * **What is required for this role?** * High school diploma or technical degree * Experience of **more than three (3\) years** at a **supervisory level** in a luxury hotel or similar establishment is preferred * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Knowledge of HotSos system (Desirable) * Experience using computers * Work safely, prudently, and in an organized manner. \*This position requires applicants to hold valid work authorization in Mexico, and fluency in Spanish is essential\*. **What we offer:** * Compensation: Highly competitive salaries, plus an annual incentive plan for managerial and/or Department Head positions. * Transportation: Shuttle service from San Lucas and San José del Cabo to the resort * Uniforms: Uniform laundering for employees * Training and development: Internal training workshops for frontline and/or managerial staff Recognition: Employee service awards, as well as Employee of the Month and Employee of the Year awards. * **Service Culture** Four Seasons consistently ranks among the world’s finest hotels and most prestigious brands in reader surveys, traveler reviews, and industry awards.
