We are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The primary role is to lead and ensure the efficiency of all warehouse operations, focused on our corrugated packaging business. You will be responsible for daily supervision—from goods receipt through to shipment—ensuring accurate inventory management and achievement of operational goals. This position is ideal for a leader who enjoys the challenge of building a warehouse from scratch, including team integration, tools, and systems; who demonstrates excellent team management skills and the ability to optimize processes in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping. Lead, motivate, and assign tasks to staff, ensuring a safe and productive work environment. Maintain facility order and proper organization, adhering to safety and hygiene standards. Plan and execute cyclical and monthly inventories, identifying and resolving any discrepancies. Foster interdepartmental communication and collaboration to ensure exceptional customer service. Participate in team performance evaluations and implementation of continuous improvements in warehouse processes. Skills: Problem solving. Adaptability to change.
