Quality Control: Inspect common and private areas to ensure high cleaning standards. Safety and Hygiene: Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Communication: Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with other areas or departments. **Skills and Requirements:** Experience: Proven experience in cleaning supervision or related roles. Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment. Competencies: Leadership, organization, effective communication, decision-making, and adaptability.
