ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION (ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES): 1\. Establish a direct and effective communication line with all coordinators across the organization. 2\. Review and analyze reports delivered to you. 3\. Monitor supervisors’ time and quantity outputs across their respective areas. 4\. Inventory and supply control. 5\. Training schedule for new leaders or supervisors. 6\. Update production supervisors on process innovations. 7\. Comply with industrial safety requirements. 8\. Capture and record continuous improvement ideas collected from the shop floor; in case of production issues, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions through established procedures. 9\. Collaborate with Engineering on scheduling regarding processes and labor time management within the product production system. 10\. Manage efficiency indicators, downtime, and absenteeism rates among production crews. **General Responsibilities:** Achievement of targets, quality standards, compliance with indicators such as 5S, and handling of materials from raw material receipt through final product packaging.
