Collaboration with departments to fill vacancies An industrial recycling company is looking for a Specialized Driver Recruiter (Tractor-trailer, Full, Tortón, Fifth-wheel, etc.) to join its team. Requirements: * Age between 28 and 40. * Minimum **5 years of experience in operational logistics recruitment: trailer operator, tortón, full system, roll-off system, etc.** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field. * Proactive, committed, and responsible. Main Responsibilities: * Execute recruitment and selection of drivers for full, tortón, roll-off, and other specialized units, ensuring compliance with operational profiles. * Post and manage job openings across various recruitment channels. * Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical requirements, experience, and applicable regulations. * Coordinate and follow up on interviews, assessments, and documentation verification. * Verify employment history, references, and compliance with safety guidelines. * Maintain an active and updated talent pool. * Track the candidate’s onboarding process until hiring is finalized. * Collaborate with relevant departments to fill vacancies promptly and effectively. * Prepare recruitment progress and results reports.
