Description

Job Summary: Performs electromechanical assemblies, model changeovers, preventive maintenance, and inspections on printed circuit boards (PCBs), including completion of control forms. Key Highlights: 1. Experience operating Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and manual insertion machines. 2. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications. 3. Knowledge of rework and basic maintenance of SMT equipment. Job Responsibilities and Details 1\. Performs electromechanical assembly and disassembly according to instructions. 2\. Conducts model changeovers on various machines located in the Production area. 3\. Performs preventive maintenance on machines across different Production areas. 4\. Conducts PCB inspections according to IPC-610 criteria. 5\. Completes control forms for various Production processes. Experience and Requirements * Primary or secondary education preferred (or equivalent experience). * Minimum 1 year of experience operating SMT machines, manual insertion machines, and similar equipment. * Ability to follow instructions. * Basic hand-eye coordination required. * Problem escalation capability. * Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications. * IPC certification (as required for the position). * Knowledge of rework. * Familiarity with feeder loading and basic maintenance of SMT equipment. * Knowledge of NOM-035 legal requirements. * Basic knowledge of personal protective equipment (PPE) and occupational safety and hygiene.
